According to multiple reports from the Pinkertons

as well as sightings from locals, the Infernal Punks Outlaw Gang seems to have moved into

Hanging Dog Ranch to the north of Strawberry in West Elizabeth.  This property has been known to be a past haven for villainous scum such as the O'Driscoll's and The Laramie Gang.
