The Infernal Punks Outlaw Gang was exclusive to PC gaming, however this crew has
been deactivated due to Rockstar's lack of investment into the game.  Red Dead Online
had big potential, but was chosen to be slowed down by R* and pretty much abandoned.

All crew members that held Outlaw status were moved to Punk status so that they could remain with the community.
